Order Processing Delay

We offer unlimited free revisions for up to 20 days. If you choose to proceed with revisions, a refund will not be applicable after this period.
  • Client Dissatisfaction After Revisions: If you are still unsatisfied after revisions, our QA department will review the paper and determine a fair refund amount. Please note that if the paper has already been submitted, a refund is not applicable.
  • Quality Issues in Draft Orders: If drafts are provided, it is the client's responsibility to check the quality and notify us immediately of any issues. A refund will be issued if the identified issues are not corrected in the final paper and have significantly affected the overall quality. However, if issues are not flagged early and are only raised later as grounds for a refund, no refund will be granted.

Failing Grade on Assignment – Proof Required Within 30 Days

In the rare event of receiving a failing grade, you must claim a refund within 30 days of your submission date. To do so, you'll need to provide a copy of the authentic grade sheet and your professor's feedback within three weeks of receiving your ordered solution. We will review the grading sheet and investigate whether the failure was due to our writing quality or if the reference solution provided did not meet the grading criteria and learning outcomes of your assessment.
